  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 3:00 PM (local time) will be processed the following business day.
  • Delays: Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods (e.g., holiday seasons) or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather delays).

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Expedited Shipping:
    • Cost: $15.99
    • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping:
    • Cost: $25.99
    • Delivery Time: 1 business day

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Remote areas may experience longer shipping times.

3. International Shipping

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Stay tuned for updates as we work to expand our shipping services globally.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. boxes via Standard Shipping only. Expedited and Overnight shipping options are not available for P.O. box addresses.

While we strive to ensure that all orders are delivered on time, there may be rare instances where delays occur due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions or shipping carrier delays.   • Damaged Orders: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged package and items. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.
