- Approved Refunds: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product arrived damaged or defective.
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@nutrilapse.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please check the following:
- Bank Account: Check your bank account again to ensure the refund hasn’t been credited.
- Credit Card Company: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your credit card company.
- Bank Processing Time: There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Sale and Clearance Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@nutrilapse.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue by either replacing the item or offering a refund.
